Any registered voter can vote early in-person!

 

Early in-person voting happens at the Board of Elections Office at the Wood County Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Sq.; Bowling Green, OH 43402.

Hours (You can confirm this schedule here):

  • oct. 11 - oct. 27: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

  • Oct. 30 - Nov. 3: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:30PM

  • Saturday, Nov. 4: 8Am - 4pm

  • Sunday, nov. 5: 1pm - 5pm

ANY REGISTERED VOTER CAN REQUEST AN ABSENTEE BALLOT! 

What kind of election is it? November 7th is a General Election. When filling out your absentee ballot application, check GENERAL ELECTION. 

 

Absentee Ballot application Information:

An application must be submitted for EACH election.

Absentee Ballot Return Information:

An elector may return an absentee ballot (1) by mail, (2) deliver it personally to the board of elections, or (3) may have a spouse of the elector, the father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, brother, or sister of the whole or half blood, or the son, daughter, adopting parent, adopted child, stepparent, stepchild, uncle, aunt, nephew, or niece of the elector deliver it to the board.

 

Mailed absentee ballots must be postmarked prior to the day of the election and received at the board by the Saturday after the election.

  • The deadline to register to vote for the November 7, 2023 General Election is October 10 at 9:00 P.M.

 

  • The deadline to return your completed absentee Application is to have it postmarked by October 31 by 8:00 P.M.

 

  • The deadline to return your voted ballot to the Board of Elections is November 7 by 7:30 P.M.

The deadline to register or change your registration information for any election is 30 days before that election (October 10, 2023 deadline for the November 7, 2023 General Election).
